Absolutely AWESOME tutorial, Heather!!!!! I am so impressed! And, of course, I could listen to your voice all day long, it's just as pretty as the lady behind it. :) Congratulations on your first video!!!

I am so happeee that you like it "Neddy". Putting a video up is way different to posting a pic - you expose your self a bit more, I think ;)

This is wonderful! After watching, I'm sitting here wondering why I've been so hesitant to try cubic RAW. I can do this!! Thank you!

Wonderful video, Heather! Not only do you have a very nice rhythm to your movements, which will help people learn the stitch, but your beautiful voice is so captivating. It really is helpful to the learning process when you "want" to listen to the speaker. I'd also like to add that while I normally don't like music in the background the tune you selected also seemed to be so helpful. It was calming yet somehow seemed to just "go" with not only the movements of the stitch but also your voice. Just marvelous! Thank you for sharing!

Wow! That was great! I am not normally a fan of videos - more of a 'learn thru reading' person, but this one changed my mind - found myself following your voice with my own....now I have to go try it!
Thanks for the video 'nudge'! Just what I needed today!

Wow Heather, what a great video. I've just learn RAW & have been wanting to get my ropes to have more strength (also I saw two articles on cubic RAW in a recent US magazine & couldn't figure it out). Now you've put the bug in me to want to CRAW! Thank you so very much

This is a new stitch for me. I do a lot of peyote and herringbone, so have a good stash of delicas. Would a CRAW rope with with delica beads, or does it look better with the rounds?

Thanks for a great tutorial. I appreciate the pictures below the video as I learn better from diagrams than from videos.

Hi Fran. I would suggest you first start learning, using size 8 seed beads. You can also use either 3 or 4mm crystals (or fire polished beads)to make the process easier to learn. Once you get the hang of the stitch, you can use any bead you want but in my opinion, Delicas may be inclined to cut the thread over time - you just need to keep this in mind :)
